Mounted parallel to the tank, forming a closed loop, the Tubular Level Gauge offers a local level indication by utilizing a transparent glass tube.

Crafted by Veksler, this gauge boasts a correct design, rugged construction, and precise manufacturing techniques, ensuring dependable performance and an extended service life. The use of H Grade Borosilicate glass tubes, available in 16/19/25 mm outer diameters, with Teflon Packing, guarantees clarity and durability. Notably, the tube can be removed online without disconnection from the vessel, facilitating maintenance.

Driven by a small electric motor, the paddle rotates freely when material is absent. Upon encountering material, the motor turns within the housing, compressing a spring and activating two switches. One switch handles control and alarm functions, while the other cuts off the motor’s power. When the material level decreases, the loaded spring returns the motor to its original position, reactivating the unit.
